Got the MAX (top of the line wash) and at the end all of my windows were still dirty, back of the vehicle wasn’t even touched. Ended up having to go through another car wash to get it clean. For a $30 wash, it’s a horrible value.

Found out today you went cashless. Sat in line like I always do and was told I couldn't wash my car unless I had a debit or credit card. Absolutely not!!! I won't be part of this woke cashless crap. Lost a great and loyal customer for good. ?

I've been a silverstar member for years. You can't expect perfection, and the dryers never dry it all - but they do a great job overall! I appreciate the convenience of their multiple locations and the swiftness of the lines. No complaints here.

No email on file. Am not able to cancel. Should fix that and let the guys at the kiosk that can start an account...end an account. Was told they can only start accounts.

On 7/1/24 I took my small SUV through this facility for the $30 Max wash. The results were terrible. There was dirt remaining on the back of the vehicle and along the lower portion of the doors. The dirt in the wheel wells and bugs on the front also remained. I’m currently on my 4th call (with long wait times) trying to have this service issue addressed. I have been given no concessions and only been told that if I’ve driven off the lot there is nothing they can do for me. They say that is the policy but it is unclear where this policy is posted so that it is known to inspect your car immediately upon existing the wash. I will not recommend or visit Silver Star again.
Update on 7/25/24: In reply to the suggestion to contact management - I spoke to the local manager who told me management responds to these reviews and I’ve also left numerous voicemails with their corporate office on Minnesota Ave. No return call to date.

Friendly workers, never see the manager there. But the workers do a great job.

Went through the wash two times still wouldn’t take the bugs off. Employees say they only brush the back of the cars. Were rude and still didn’t get the car clean.

On 1/26/24 a car in front of me was going backwards because of the failure of the employees to insure the vehicle was on the conveyor belt hit my car and the employees did nothing about it and continued the car wash

Complete rip off. I am being charged for a monthly service I never authorized. I have been attempting to cancel since first charge showed up in October., November and December. I have used this car wash one time and now am being scammed and charged for serviced I did not authorize. I will be contacting the Minnehaha States Attorney to press fraud and theft charges and the South Dakota Consumer Protection Agency to file a fraud report.Use local. I usually go to the car wash on Cliff just off Benson. Sad that one time I did not.

Guys at the front barely did any spraying at all, the conveyor system went too fast so each phase was incomplete. At the end, my car still had soap on it - over the same dirt I went in with; the same spot of bird drop on the hood was still there and the rear looked worse than before. Oh and the wash, itself, itself stunk horribly - I had to put ventilation on recirc.All for $26, hard-earned dollars.The kid did a fantastic job trying to up-sell me on all their “options” and promotions. He forgot: the best sell is a job well done. In this case - NOT.
