The staff there went above and beyond, helping me even clean the inside of my sticky, fingerprinted mom-mobile windows! I would give 5 stars if the wash had cleaned the back of my SUV (front looked ok.)

Paid at HyVee for a car wash; assumed it was for the car wash across the street in either direction. Nope, it's for Silverstar, 3 miles away. Drove there. Find out the same car wash there is $2 less than when bought at HyVee with gas purchase. Drive there, sit in line for literally over 20 minutes as the 'monthly membership' line gets to go first, and the HyVee/Casey's gas line does NOT get to go until that lane is done. I'm not joking we sat there 20 minutes.
Whole process was a 45-minute ordeal. For a crappy carwash.

Do not recommend getting the monthly membership. You cannot cancel except by going in. Fiancé went in to cancel and they said it was canceled but then we still got charged the next month. Tried to call and talk to customer service about it and can not get anyone on the line. Currently on hold for 20 minutes.

I went in to cancel the membership and the lady at the front never actually processed the cancellation. Instead, she left it open and my card still gets charged. The level of incompetence is alarming. Have fun trying to cancel your membership. They will just leave you hanging until you have to call in and submit a request to refund your money. I was also told that there is no promises either. I will never come back here and let everyone else know the experience I had trying to cancel. I gave the company money monthly for 3 years and this is how they tank you. Avoid at all cost. Transferred to Blue Tide and had nothing but the best experience.

Worst car wash in my life I purchased the 20.00 car wash compared to just a basic because the gal in the booth said it would remove the bugs on my car Vs the lower grade options and let me tell you it maybe removed 8 bugs that’s it. Not to mention did not even remove the dirt off the sides of my car. There is a sign as you exit that says if your not satisfied with your wash we will wash it again well I’m sorry you should not have to park after you go through the car wash to check your car to see if your satisfied. I was the first time user that drove to another obligation after my wash to learn well the bugs didn’t come off. Definitely not worth 20.00!

The funny think is they expect a tip and they can’t even clean your windshield. And sometimes they don’t even spray it. So why they hell would I leave a tip. I would like to try the other car washes in town. Couldn’t be any worse!!!
