I go to the car wash on S Louise. It seem more often then not, only one lane will be open to enter the car wash. This lead to longer wait times, this morning I had to wait 15min before I got through the drivet thru gate. I’d strongly consider going to another location it will take too much time to get a simple car wash. Not sure if the owner would included common sense/logic/convenience when making the decision to only have 1 lane open.

Decent car wash but my expierence canceling my membership was a nightmare. Let’s say this if you sign up you’ll have to cancel your debit or credit card and get a new one. Their phones never work and customer service is non existent. Don’t buy a membership gere

They do a poor job of pre soaking the vehicle with the spray that is supposed to help get the bugs off the front of your car and off the windshield. This is not just something that happens once and a while, it happens every time we go there!

Not impressed with customer service. I've had a membership with them for almost 5 years now. Just this last year we switched vehicles for our company and only had 1 car on there. Noticed that we were still being charged for two. Spoke with the attendants more than once on the matter and they assured me we were only being charged once. After they final gave me the customer service number to dispute the added charges, they would only refund 3 months(max they could do)….even though it was their goof up. After speaking with customer service directly they claimed as long as I provided bank statements I would receive full refund. I sent the information over just to have someone from accounting tell me they only go back 30 days (best they could do was 90 days) and they basically put the blamed on the customer for not catching the charges…even though I was told multiple times that there was only one charge. The poor miscommunication on all parts of working with this company is very disappointing. Failing to refund the full amount, I decided to cancel my membership and go with a different company.

I’ve always had good service and good quality of work at Silverstar. We use them for both of our vehicles and I’ve always been satisfied with the results. Thank you, Silverstar!

Very good impressed by the service at all of the Silverstar locations! Some guys dance as they work and make it fun while taking extra time to make sure your vehicle is clean!
