I recently started getting oil changes with these guys. Got an all around check up and they said my starter was going out. I had them put in a new starter and it lasted less than a couple days before it sounded rough. I went back in and they put in another starter. Same night it sounded terrible so I brought it in the next morning. They said ok we’ll have to switch brands so then after leaving it there it turns out the guys forgot to shim the starter. I’m a very understanding person but this was a little ridiculous and never once did I get any apology from them. Just handed me my keys and said it’s working now. Trust goes a long way with good people. Mechanics should know what they’re doing so this doesn’t happen.

Thank you next2new and also Dayton, a very kind person. I bought a 2016 Silverado and in less than a year I asked to exchange it for a newer one and I didn't have any problems. The service is excellent and Bryan is a genius with banking service ??

Zero stars. The sales department was ok but the service department are a bunch of thugs. After being told parts would be covered for the first 30 days a module went out that costed around 2 grand then they said they didn't say they'd cover the cost of parts. Sure they gave me thier employee discount which shaved off a few hundred but after a week of back and forth about the cost I picked up my vehicle and was told they "patched a leak" in my front passenger ture. 2 weeks later I have a flat, on the front passenger tire. Take the tire in to get replaced and wouldn't you know they found a WHOLE FLATHEAD SCREWDRIVER inside my tire!!! That kind of practice whether on accident or intentional is wreckless and dangerous and honestly quite unsettling. I would never recommend next2new for any sort of business.
