My husband stopped into this Kum n Go to get a sandwich and raspberry tea, and was quite surprised to have such excellent professional service behind the counter a great employee named Quinn. My husband said Quinn thanked him for being a rewards member and used his name.

No complaints. I got gas, the cars worked, the bathrooms were clean and had new Dyson air dryers, they had fast food and snacks. All my needs were met so I have to thank them. Plus a door opener by foot for the bathroom. Likely left from Covid days which I like.

Unfortunately, really inconsistent. Can’t depend on service or food available. Day 1 - rude nasty staff. Day 2 - polite & helpful. Day 3 - can’t get anybody’s attention at the cash register even with people standing in line. Sometimes great food; other days kitchen closed with no sign or anything. Can’t count on it, so today’s my last stop at this location. The 69th & Western is much better. Hit up Casey’s if you’re on Northside. Bummer, used to come by here daily….

Late-night stop for some soda, the store and parking lot were very well lit and clean, the cashier was friendly, helpful, and patient when I decided to switch out my $2.89 1lt for the $2.79 2lt bottle of Pepsi that was on sale. All items were easily visible and accessible, and the cashier answered my ridiculous questions. :) --without making me FEEL ridiculous.

Used to go here all the time . But after today never again . Let’s just say management needs to retrain on policies because they are obviously confused. Clerk said it was policy so Refused my money for tobacco product cuz it wasn’t for me so we took our business down the street. I wonder how many others had to do the same. Used to be a great / busy place. I never doing business there again

manager is unethical and owes an apology to me and her personal phone should not be used to take pictures of customers for no reason. when I confronted her about why she did it she could have just explained and not yelled...I'm not sure why she needed pictures on her personal phone when the place is surrounded by cameras. And all this after I just spent $80 at her store. SMH blonde
