DO NOT HAVE YOUR DOCTOR SEND PERSCRIPTIONS HERE - ESPECIALLY PAIN MEDS! THEY WILL NOT FILL THEM IN A TIMLY MANNER!
Twice now when I have had to get meds that have been sent to this pharmacy by a doctor (both times pain meds for my husband) the meds were submitted by the doctor 1 to 2 hours before I arrived. Both times they made me wait another 30 min to fill the prescription. Both times a doctor had submitted the prescription they were not refill requests. Both times my husband has has to sit longer in pain because of them. The first time I had arrived over an hour after the prescription was sent to them and they didn't have it ready and I had to wait 30 min for it. This last time my husband was with me and I knew it took awhile so we made a separate run to grab something as well as the doctor had submitted the meds well before we even left the doctors office. We had also waited in the drive thru for 20 to 30 min waiting for them to finish with the person in front of us before we gave up and went inside. It had been close to 2 hours before we made it to the counter to pick up the meds. We were then told that it would be another 30 min for them to fill the prescription. One would think a pain med - SUBMITTED BY A DOCTOR - would be filled a bit faster than 2.5 hours. We didn't have time to wait so my husband gets to spend the day in pain hoping tylenol does ok as he can't drive with his injury and didn't want to be standing or sitting in a hard chair that long.
Edit: apparently the techs find it funny to leave someone in pain. I wonder how the doctors that are entrusting their patients meds in these people would feel.

This pharmacy processes need some improvement. I have had issues with them forgetting to put the correct amount of medication in bottles, and yesterday I received notification that my prescription was ready only to be told when I arrived that they would have to "wait for more stock of the item to arrive in" so I went home and an hour later they messaged me again saying my prescription was ready so why was I told it wasn't in stock?

Incredibly unhelpful and rude staff. They do not care about their job and view every customer as an inconvenience.

Not efficient. If you stop by to get a Rx, plan on waiting for about 10 minutes (on a good day) in the drive-up lane.

I have never had a problem with a pharmacy as long as I have had a GoodRX card. Today I ran into the most rude staff at the pharmacy on Louise! I had checked my GoodRX app on my phone while at the Dr Office to see who had the lowest price for Augmentin. It was HyVee. When I picked up the prescription I was charged 15.15 and the price on the app said 9.25. I questioned the Tech and the Pharmacist about the price, showed them the price listed on my phone and they said to me "Oh it changes all the time!" They didn't bother to check into it or call GoodRX. I have never had a problem in the years I have used GoodRX with a price discrepancy!! So I called GoodRx myself and Vanessa at GoodRx reassured me the correct price was 9.25 to be charged. She called the HyVee Pharmacy on my behalf and asked them to try something different to accommodate the correct price and they refused! Great customer service you give to the people that patronize your business! Shame on all of you for your rude service! I will be taking my business elsewhere! There is definitely a reason I do not shop at this store!

I placed a cookie order with Hy-Vee on Louise. I have done this in the past, but never again. Because of copy rights I ordered edible decals from Etsy. Hy-Vee bakery made the cookies(144). The original order was wrote up with buttercream frosting @ $7.99/doz. signed off by headbaker. The Wed. before order, headbaker phoned me questioned my choice of frosting. I know nothing about this sort of thing, thats why I hire out. and conceded with white icing. Then she questions the p

I had the worst experience at this hy-vee yesterday. The cashier my mother and I had was awful. She argued with prices that we showed her in the ad. We had to have my mom’s order completely redone because she didn’t give us the right prices. Then I purchased a gift card along with my groceries and she didn’t even put it in my bag. Then I go back to get the gift card and the manager tells me “I’m lucky it was found” when I wasn’t even given the gift card! How about instead of being condescending and saying I’m lucky and train in your employees to give customers what they purchase. I will not be going back to hy-vee. I can get better service and prices elsewhere. The management SUCKS at this hy-vee.

Tried the new chicken they have on special. pieces smaller but lot less b reading, think over cooked and had a flour taste, better than the old style but not as good if the breaded and cooked fresh, not a frozen pre cooked chicken.
