This location is always busy , but the employees keep the line moving quickly. It’s located on a busy intersection. (41st St & Western Ave) Be mindful when leaving, not to cross traffic or the double yellow lines. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the store is clean.

Amazing staff! Store looks clean. Employees are very helpful to customers especially myself! There is a lady who works there that is soooo nice every time I come in. Smiling and joking and treating me with the most respect! I recommend their pop station as well! Never goes empty and always full of cups and lids and straws! 10/10!

Do not go to this gas station the staff is rude belligerent and will call you names. The day shift assistant manager will accuse you of stealing gas if you go sit in your car as you are fueling up. They are not good people here and they are not customer service friendly. It is the worst experience I have ever had.

I (used to) frequent this gas station for morning treats and gas, but I went to fill my vehicle up with gas here yesterday, while it was about 22 degrees outside (brrr). I got out, pressed the "pay inside" button, put the nozzle in my car, and then pressed the button for the gas I wanted. Then I waited, and waited, and waited until the screen said sale canceled. So I did it all over again...and waited some more. There were other people filling up with gas as well and they didn't seem to be having any issues. So finally I walked inside waited a couple of minutes in line before finally being able to ask "is pump 11 broken or why is my sale being canceled?" She responds with, well I couldn't see anything but the top of your head and since you were paying inside we take down descriptions. I get that this is part of theft protection, BUT isn't that what you have cameras for? Additionally, if a requirement to fill my car up with gas and pay after the fact is that you need to see my face, then tell me that on the overhead speaker or post a sticker on the pump. It was cold, the cashier was rude, and needless to say I took my business to a different gas station which had a pleasant surprise of cheaper gas and much friendlier service.

I had given this store 5 stars back when Nicole, Jarrett, and Elisia were there. The new staff doesn't seem to care about customer service. Since those three amazing employees quit and the current ones don't care I will be taking my business elsewhere. I know times are tough, but I wish they could get the old crew back or get a crew that cares.

This location benefits from its very visible location at the corner of 41st & Western, but the store is relatively small with just a fair to good selection of on-the-go foods and beverages. I found the gas price to be competitive. Overall, A-OK.

Really disappointed in this location lately. I've been going here for many many years and grew up in this neighborhood. Throughout the pandemic there has been a sign on the door indicating masks are required and most of the employees and some of the customers have been wearing masks. But that seems to be going down and down where most employees don't wear masks and the mask requirement is not at all respected or enforced. Additionally, the main reason I kept going here was because of the nice employees that I've seen daily for a long time. However, I'm not sure if they quit or were replaced or what, but most of them have left in the past few weeks and the new people have been worse at wearing masks, continue to not enforce the mask requirement, which I get, people are inconsiderate and don't want to wear masks and I wouldn't want to start that fight either. On top of that, they haven't been as nice or as good as previous employees I would see on a daily basis. As much as I hate to, because this Holiday is the closest convenience store to me and I've been going here regularly for 20+ years, since my parents would take me as a child, I'm going to switch to going to a different store.

For 20 years I've stopped at the store for many items. I like the the fact I can get in and out fast. I spend $6000 to $9000 a year for gas, cigs, etc. Wheres the staff that did a great job! I here no one knows what happened to then? Guess they were bought out and fired. Current staff is interested in productivity not customer. Sad service is second on there job descriptin.

On 08/10 as I walked in a man began to harass me about not wearing a mask. He was harassing other customers while I was there. I confronted the man and told him to leave people alone, and he acted like he wanted to fight. Luckily your employee stepped in and defused the situation by making the man leave and told him not to come back. I'm very proud of how your employees deal with crazy or drunk people in this uncertain times. I've been coming to the 41st and western store since it opened, and they are always nice. Everyone there is always so wonderful when I bring my kids in. This is the number one holiday in town. Keep up the great work guys!!

I went into the store this morning and I have to say Jarrett was awesome. He had a warm friendly greeting with every customer that came in the door. What an awesome way to start your morning. He has an amazing attitude and deserves a raise!!

Since the switch from The Gas Stop/Shell, the prices in these places seem to have increased dramatically. At least they have on the items I purchase regularly.
