Very unprofessional management and rude customer service! You buy something and it doesn’t work than it should be your responsibility to give same item or there money back with receipt specially when you pay over 40.00 that’s stealing from your loyal customers

I just came out of the store feeling disrespected the cashier I was dealing with was too busy on her phone to take care of me. I know what freedom look for in employees I used to work at freedom that wasn't it. Very disappointed

The basic entry (cashiers) are all friendly and lovely ppl of course, my issue is with unfair business practices. Obviously inflation is a constant even without the economic factors at work such as sanctions against Russia. However I am confused how smokeables factor into gas supplies. The cashier shouldn't have been caught in the awkward position of trying to explain distribution issues with me I an attempts to justify a 30 percent increase on the price of a product. The cost cannot always be passed onto the customer, sometimes the mega rich just have to make less money. On principal I decided not to buy the product. I am a fair man and could maybe get behind a ten percent price increase. 30 percent though is just price gouging and taking advantage of the economic situation which is illegal. I tried to reach out on the website, domain is for sell go figure so unfortunately I couldn't even pass this to the right channels and had to leave a public review that potentially makes the business look bad. Inflation needs to have its limits that businesses not customers are responsible for. Because at some level like me customers will decide not to buy the product because the price increase is not justified. Then higher ups don't get money and customers don't get products. Then, no one wins. I am far from happy here. There was no manager on site and no company contact to reach out to correct this matter. I am not someone that wants to air my business in public. I would have preferred handling this in private with the appropriate channels, and not say cashiers who that isn't their job to have that conversation with me.

There is one touch free carwash between 29 and cliff Ave. This one is quite literally always out of order. I've tried to go through 5 times. The card reader is broken or it's just straight out of order. Not a clean gas station, get n go will remain my go to.

Was brand new a few years ago. Already a dump. Pepsi machine has been broke for months. No ice and got soda. If you get ice from the Coke machine, it melts in seconds. Because it is hot, the carbonation is gone in minutes. I mention it to the cashier each time and they portray that it just quit recently. Additionally, the lids and soda glasses are different companies and the slightest squeeze sends the lid flying and beverage splashing. Go to Holiday, 2 miles away but cleaner and better food and beverages.

I went to wash my truck yesterday and paid 10$ and my truck looked awful all the items that you are to get only 3 of the 6 lights lit up and the water that came out was brown I will never use this place again!!!!

I have always liked this Freedom station. Way back before they tore down the old building and put up the new one and the car wash. The place is always clean and the staff is always friendly.

Nice and big place for liquor and beers. Employees are very nice in their hospitality. Gas prices are low and they do offer discount on gas.
