I had a pleasant experience at FedEx today. Needed some stuff printed and a nice lady by the name of Stacey helped me every step of the way. She was very friendly and patient with my lack of technological knowledge.

Helpful staff, but they don’t even have a paper cutter, so staff person sent my file to another store where they could print and cut the Christmas cards.

Get ready for a long wait! I sent my pictures over through email at 12pm. I came in at 3:30pm, and they hadn't even started printing them. The guy said to come back in 10-15 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes, and there was a guy in front of me waiting while the employee talked casually on the phone to someone, making us wait even longer. I waited for the employee to help the guy in front of me, and I thought it was my turn, but then the employee told me that a lady to the side had been using a machine, so he would help her first. So I had to wait even longer. Now I'm at the front desk working with the employee, and he hasn't even printed my pictures! He's just now printing them and telling me he has to calibrate them before he can print them. This is worse than the DMV!
After waiting another 15 minutes, the employee printed just one picture on each sheet when I was told over the phone that they would print 2 on each sheet (they charge per sheet). I told him that, and then he said he would have to charge me $10 to set them up to print that way and that he was already charging me $10 extra to print those pictures. Such a rip-off! I went from $4.90 for 6 pictures to $19.80 for 6 pictures. Absolutely ridiculous!! Stay way from this greedy snail pace place!

Always helpful and nice. Love this new location as it's much close for me than the Louise location. Props to Amanda for always being friendly when I come in!
