I will no longer be shopping at any Casey's stores, they are very dishonest and are just in it for the money and not for customer service, the problem started in February of this year when Casey's changed out their pumps to stop accepting the Hy-Vee fuel saver cards but instead of being honest about it Casey's was greedy, the staff at Casey's and the staff at the corporate office namely supervisor Tyrney kept saying that there was something wrong with the IT tech on the new pumps and they were working on fixing them! Then Heavenly at the Casey's on Benson road also said the same thing, I believed them since I had been a loyal customer for over twenty years but no more, I hope they loose a lot of business for lying to there customers for over three months! I have found a much nicer place to shop, it is cleaner and has more of a selection of products and the staff is much more personable, so in the end I guess I got the better deal I found a better place to shop and got rid of greedy people that took my money! I would suggest to anyone reading this to do the same and find another place to shop it will be worth it to you.

when I went up front to check out the cashier was just texting away with very little interaction with customers. Very disappointed in how this store is looking after the old managers left. So sad to see the cooler almost completely empty. To see the bathrooms a mess and trashes full.

I tried to use my fuel saver points I received from hyvee. The 1 working told me I better just go get gas at hyvee they don't do that there..it says on the pumps they honor hyvee fuel

Work by there like to stop for pizza now and then. There usually isn't any around 1230.. Today Halloween. Two old pieces..I asked if any were coming out. They looked dumb founded. Um no, no pizza..I will wait another 6 months and try again.. This is the worst Casey's in the city.. Usually have to wait in line to check out If I buy something else.. Disappointing

Poor management at this location especially. Ordered pizza 3 times at this location, arrived at the prescribed time it wasn’t even in the oven. Got money back and walked out. Never again. I’ll drive across town for Casey’s pizza

Twenty minutes after five and they're still not open that's a joke. Not the first time they've opened late. Maybe I need to take my business Somewhere else

Very disappointed in Casey's lately. This past Wednesday I placed a bakery order for Friday morning. Giving them a 48 hour notice I thought would be adequate. I arrived Friday morning to findout none of my order had been made. They could of at least called me beforehand or had another Casey's make the order if they couldn't do it. I've given Casey's years of business. I'll be less likely to do so in the future.

Ordered pizza at around 8:38 am, it said it would be ready by 9:53......we went earlier cause it's usually ready. Walk in 3 people talking behind the counter with 4 pizza laid out to go in oven. She says it said 10....we asked why they didn't hear the phone when we tried to call. They didn't hear the phone???????( 3 of them). We go back home, try to call again to see if it's ready, no answer again...we get there it's been done, had to wait for cashier to be done visiting and the pizza was cold when we got home(5min drive if that). Crust paper thin. Not impressed! They guy in front of us was getting irritated to, tryin to pay for his donuts and she is more worried about visiting. Sorry but poor customer service ..

This is the second time that we tried ordering a pizza from the benson road Casey's. The first time my husband used his points to get it went 20 minutes later and they said it would be another hour so we canceled the order and he lost his points. Ended up going to the Casey's on rice Street and wow they said 15 minutes which was great. Now tonight 12-19-21 at 5:35 he tried ordering and it told him 90 minutes so we called the store and they said it was correct so we cancelled. Called store on rice Street 15 minutes. I really think whoever is making the pizza at the one on benson has got to be slacking or needs help.

Thanks to HyVee's gas discount, I filled up my almost 14 gal gas tank for 13 cents. Merry Christmas!
