It was a WONDERFUL experience as usual! Conrad F and Malik are amazing. I always feel secure in the service I get from Sioux Falls Nissan billion and know they will step up and make sure everything is taken care of. I will ALWAYS get my vehicles from them and refer all my friends and family there because I know they will be treated fairly, listened to and respected. That is not always the case with so many dealerships and salespeople. Everybody was very friendly, it only took a half an hour longer than expected. Everyone was really hospitable which is unexpected in Sioux Falls. Ian was very funny and kept me and my wife very comfortable while they replaced my brake fluid and key fob with our newborn. Highly recommended place.
