I purchased a used car from this dealership and I look it over the vehicle and it looked pretty good for a 2015 kia soul with around 11K miles on it but after I got home I saw there was significant hail damage on the roof. It would of been nice if the dealership would of told me about the hail damage. I contacted them and they Refuse to fix it for me. IMO probably be a good idea steer away from this dealership.

The service after the sale is terrible. I found out after the sale that they had added a $2500 non-cancelable sealant warranty for reapplying the sealants every 6months to my loan that can only be done at that dealership and I live 3 hours away! They had never even said anything about it! Now when I try to call and talk to them they never answer the phone or return my calls. This has got to be illegal!

The service dept has got to be the rudest I have ever encountered on my trips across country! Friday at 4pm not one service technician could spend 5 minutes resetting my trucks computer my truck started acting up in Billings and the dealership there reset the truck then got to Broadus and same thing and a service shop there said they just couldn't find the time so along the way down to Sioux Falls the friendlyness or LACK OF really started to show! I feel very sorry for anyone traveling I90 I hope you never need help in these towns especially the Dodge Dealership in Sioux Falls the service department has just awful 2 days in a row! I do this exact Customer Service in Washington and not one person in my shop would ever treat any customer as badly as this place! Don't waste your time at Billion! if the service department is this bad Why would you ever buy a vehicle from them

I always have my oil changes done at Billions Chrysler a great value, 4 oil changes for $100.00 only for the vehicle it's purchased for. I brought my 2018 Ram in for my radio to be checked out and within 20 minutes I had a new radio ordered.
