They helped us redesign my wife’s wedding ring for our 20th anniversary. I predominantly worked with Ashlee. She was so excited to be part of our story. The ring turned out better than I could imagine. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the quality and service. I will only come here for all of my jewelry needs.

Phenomenal experience. Highly engaged professionals. During my initial conversation with Ashlee, she listened intently and was able to obtain different offerings of the engagement ring/stone combination-style I was interested in for my wife. Following our engagement, again, Ashlee assisted us in picking out my wife's wedding band and my ring. The gentleman working at Neugebauer’s today went above and beyond! I came in with a pendant that didn’t fit on a chain, neither of which were purchased there originally. The man was so gracious and fixed the problem right then and there in less than ten minutes. He didn’t even charge for the repair. I will certainly be back. Both their service and selection are excellent!!

I really wish I could give a 10 star to Neugebauer's and Maddie. My husband wanted to upgraded my wedding ring for our 40th anniversary, I felt sad in my heart because I thought I would loose my diamond we were married with. Maddie had so much compassion for how I felt and not only did she help us find the perfect stone but also helped me put my original stone in a beautiful necklace setting. And they did a gorgeous job with setting the new one. We have told everyone we know about Neugebauer's and will be telling many many more. My ring deserved the best and we found them. Awesome job guys. THANK YOU!!!

Mike at Neugebauers was absolutely phenomenal to work with, I wanted my ring custom made and he followed through consistently with different updates and design styles. He also kept me informed along the way when it was ordered and the progress it took to get delivered. Don't just walk..run to Neugebauer's for any and all jewelry needs. We bought my wedding band from Neugebauer's and they have gone above and beyond for us since then. Anytime we go in the store they not only offer to clean my wedding band but my engagement ring as well. Last year a diamond fell out of my wedding band and they were more than happy to replace it for me. We have since moved out of the area and I wish we could have brought Mike and the team from Neugebauer's with us! Exceptional Customer Service!
