I asked if when calling Cricket would I get someone who speaks English and was told likely not. So I dealt with my phone not working for months. Today, I decided to try this cricket in Rapid city. I had very low hopes, especially with my last cricket interaction in Spearfish. Let me just say William is great and very knowledgeable! He actually listened to my problem and tried everything he could think of to try and fix my problem. He tried chatting with cricket for help (cricket chat itself sucks) & even contacted his boss for other ideas! My problem was not fixed, but I appreciate him trying everything he could think of to help me! I was very impressed with his customer service!”
