Horrible at communication for meds that are out of stock at warehouse, issues with PAs, or any other problems. They'll just store the script to forget. The third party rejects are apparently not worth dealing with so they just store scripts whenever problems come up.They should probably get rid of Wendy too. She didn't know how to efficiently and correctly search their systems, copped back with an attitude each time, and then intentionally delayed the call multiple times just to exercise her tiny power trip. If an employee is that unprofessional and crabby with the amount of staff they have daily (easily 3x the amount of the big chain pharmacies) then she should prob opt for a job where she doesn't have to deal with people.
