We’ve given this store plenty of chances but have finally decided to come to an end. They are never on time with anything, we have been in there when they are yelling back and forth at each other, we have called and watched the phone ring and ring while they are outside smoking or just simply ignoring phone calls. It would be nice to have a well ran Casey’s in Harrisburg, but we have no desire to ever go back. You will either get a doughy pizza, or a burnt one on top of that.

Ordered a pizza at 7pm to be picked up at 8:15pm,got home and pizza was cold and looked like it had been sitting since I ordered it. This Caseys for Quality has gone down hill terribly.

Staff often yell back and forth and have trashy conversations in front of customers, including today (“he clearly didn’t mop the floor last night!!” -2 females, one a manager, yelling this AM). Staff stand in back and converse while food trays sit empty or many cups/lids are unstocked. Ordered pizza, get there and they don’t have the order; seemed mad at us, stated “someone else probably picked it up for you” (like, what??? Who else would know this?). Said they had to “remake it”; you didn’t make it in the first place but sure. Errors happen, no big deal. Rang me up; didn’t include pizza so then I had to re-check out for that (why would I want to check out separately???). Tried to then charge me for a large; we ordered medium. She said they have no other orders in the system except a large. I had to clearly request “can you just place an order for the pizza I came in to get 15 minutes ago?”. I had clearly specified now 4x exactly the order. She again referenced I must have ordered the wrong thing (like the wrong order/not my order in the oven was the only thing I can have I guess). She could not wrap her around this. Lack of common sense is evident.

Kitchen staff were upset because she had to make a big order. Is that not your job? It was only 3 pizzas. This location better clean up it's act before Quik Star opens up!

Honestly hit or miss, lately more miss. Went in to grab a slice, and every single one looked like it had been in there for 3 hours and it was full. Looked like they were in no hurry to make fresh slices so I figured I'd try their new bbq brisket sandwich. It is absolutely disgusting. I took one bite of it and threw the rest into the garbage. Honestly think they put about 1 cup of bbq sauce on it.

Pizza is good. For the family it's been a good back up dinner when we don't feel like cooking. Service always what we're expecting. Glad we have a Casey's to go to.

Casey's in Harrisburg had the best pizza but the last two times the pizza was under cooked. So is there something wrong with the oven or just poor cooks??

Messed up my pizza. Asked if they’d deliver a new pizza. they said yes. Then said they’d charge $2. Then said they don’t deliver. Went in and the manager argued with me. Really poor customer service. It’s just a pizza, figured they’d own up to their mistake.

Always get barked at if I’m early to pick up a pizza order. I tell them I’m happy to wait but I’m treated poorly.

Very poor service and seems that management is lacking. Several times now fir several weeks always short on something . Several times now went in for lunch and still only have breakfast items, no lunch items!!.... very very poor. Ustomer service and satisfaction!! ????

If I could give no stars I would. Came through busy as heck just trying to get snacks and hit the road when Georgia snapped at me all because I wanted cash back. Apparently too lazy to do her job. When I asked the manager if this is the actions they support it was mentioned help was hard to find and that they just need someone. Apparently they don’t care that the customer is the one paying their bills. What a joke of a team.

If they have more than 10 pizzas orders then they won't answer their phones.they have done this to me at least 6 times. tonight I walked in with my phone in my hand ringing their number and asked the cashier what was wrong with their phone..he replied that they were very busy...when I walked in there I was the only one in there and one person at the pumps. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SEViCE...................
