  whoever was supposed to deliver my package was apparently incapable of driving up a simple driveway and setting it on a porch. my address was marked as “inaccessible” although it was completely accessible and people were here to receive the package. Just seems like lazy workers to me, honestly. and of course you can’t speak to a human on the phone when you call the service line. very very disappointed. can’t believe i paid extra for shipping.

  This office has the worst customer service in the country! Does not give a care in the world about on how bad they mess up! Sent mail back for a week on accident they say! Told Alliance Communications there was no mail box for our house! The the post master Deb said “what can I do for you today Sir, nothing I can do about the past!”
