First it takes $20 plus to wash anything second always something broken like this time was the brush wash. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Cheaper just to go to sf and washService: Vacuuming

It’s my fault for not paying attention to the price($1 per minute), but I was furious when I saw $15 charged to my card for a rundown, self-serve carwash. The presoak setting didn’t work, so that was about $1.50 down the drain. Go to a Silverstar, way faster, WAY better quality wash, and way cheaper.

trigger stuck on hose 5sec into my wash, brush hose leaks , no working change machine available, & about 1/3 of the lites work. 16 quarters for less than (4) minutes .. Dont know why i continue to frequent this joke of a place.Sorry, but that's how scooby's carwash has been forever. ?

First time using Scooby’s dog wash today , and our dog loved it . He felt safe , it was clean and very easy to use . Best $10 we spent . We will be back !!! Thanks to the very friendly and helpful staff who were on today

1 out of 3 vacuums not working and all vacuum tubes held together with duct tape. the bins are difficult to open and are disgusting. today I had to step over piles of rubbish on the ground to even get to the bin, lucky I had hardly anything to put in the bins probably won't use again it's always the same

Went here to wash our pull behind camper. When we pulled in we had to stop to open the other door but as soon as we hit the button the other door closed on top of our camper with no way to get it up and off the camper. We called the number listed on site for emergencies and the guy was like "Oh, um, well I'm not home right now I have to take my son to baseball practice and then maybe I can get there. Um, can't you just push the door up? It will be awhile." The door is 10' tall, of course we have no way to push it back up and hold it there till we could back out. We had to call someone else to come with a 2x4 and a car jack to get it up high enough. Terrible management!!
