Went in there to get a key made. Some high schoolers were working. They had no idea what they were doing. They said whoever was in charge was busy in the back they tried to call him but said he'd be up soon. Waited around for him for a few minutes I never got my key made or ordered.

Called in to get my snow blower fixed. I spent close to $300 with pickup/delivery and almost 7 weeks without the snow blower for almost all of January and February. I found out a week after getting it home it didn't actually start or run which is why I had it serviced to begin with. Now I have 3' of snow drifts to shovel out of my driveway. Had I known it was going to take over a month longer than they said it would only for it to not work anyways I would have gladly went somewhere else.
