My truck was making a grinding noise from front wheel. I had Kurtis Kayser drive it he stood on the running boards while driving it and listening. They figured the problem gave an estimate the total bill was way cheaper. Excellent service super nice techs.Also my son took his truck in with bad tire one of the tire guys gave him a used tire from his own personal stash. All the techs especially Kurtis and Lori Volk need a raise. Excellent service definitely!!( Very professional)

We were on our way home from a fishing vacation when we blew tires. The manager, Cody, was extremely helpful. The prices were fair, the work was prompt, and the service was friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Yikes, I went there for an issue I had with my steering. It was so obvious and they just told me my tire was separated. I took it to another shop and absolutely not, tie rods and everything underneath was bent. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Their staff was amazing! We were passing through town with a fully loaded down trailer and noticed our trailer had a flat. Called and they said, "come on down we will squeeze ya in." Helped find the problem and get us back on the road. Great crew, nice, efficient, and over all great service. Thank y'all so much.

Last time I went to have my tires rotated, the technicians had over-tightened lugs nuts which couldn’t be removed without ruining them. They had to be replaced. I was charged for this PLUS $67 for labor. This is the only place I take my tires to be rotated. Then Curtis, the manager “mansplained” to me that they “wear out” and that’s why they had to be replaced. Smdh The next visit I went to have my tires rotated, they changed the oil in my car, (when it had just been done) and never rotated my tires. I do not know what is going on but my next set of tires won’t come from Graham.

Went to inquire about a Goodyear tire rebate that I have saved - offered by T Mobile. Graham is privately owned, so cannot honor my rebate.I was Very impressed that he knew the specifics of "how" I use the offer / rebate !! Thanks !!SO often I hear, "I have no idea about that", when I believe they should be aware because it's their line of business. Perhaps I expect people to seek knowledge like I do...I don't judge though. I RESPECT the honest admission of not knowing, rather than a lie.This place was recommended by 4 people, btw.I'm from Kentucky & need tires, but it's best I deal with my local Kentucky Goodyear-owned dealer - in case of a problem.Loved the "Rubber" Christmas tree ! ???
