Ernestine has been helping us for 3 years, and she is the best preparer we’ve ever used. She takes time to explain all scenarios and is knowledgeable about changes each year. We will continue to use Jackson Hewitt as long as she is there.

Ms Erestine Is my tax preparer she is the best Has compassion and very professional about what she does, She takes the time to explain everything to you! I’ve been using Jackson Hewitt for about 14 years, I’ve never had any issues their tax preparers are always so kind and helpful and fast. I’ve been to 3 other places and have stopped them just to take my tax documents to Jackson Hewitt, either because they were rude, too expensive or had other issues. I am a very loyal customer and love Jackson Hewitt

I’ve been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for 19 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Mrs. Ernestine Wright is my tax preparer and she has done an outstanding job for the last 19 years. Mrs. Ernestine takes her time with your taxes and is very professional. If Mrs. Ernestine ever leaves, I will find someone else to file my taxes and that includes the rest of my family.
