If I could rate them a zero I would. I got my car back I had to buy a new battery and alternator. I was told to I could drop the rental car off there and they would return it. No one ever asked me what rental company I worked with. 3 whole days later they called and said I had to return it myself and meanwhile I was being charged for the days it was just sitting there. The strip on the side of my car that was supposedly fixed flew off not even 1/4 a mile down the road. Worst experience ever. I would have drove around with a dent in my car if I knew it would somehow end up costing me over $500 in repairs and a rental car I wasn’t driving.

I used Caliber Collision for repairs after a collision with a deer. My vehicle repair was completed sooner than expected and my vehicle looks great. Staff was friendly and professional. They kept me up to date every step of the process through text. Highly recommend

Preston took great care of my Chrysler 300 after a wild hog ran out in front of me and busted the front passenger side of my fender open, damaging my uncarraige and AC unit. After only a week I was able to pick up my car and it looked AMAZING!
The staff kept me in the loop the whole time, even letting my know when the tow truck dropped my car off!

Do not even recommend this place for an estimate bad business ripping off customers very poor customer skills in just for simple estimate was called liar two or three times about how the car was damaged recommend any other place but this one The estimate went horrible so I can imagine how horrible the work is there
