I highly recommend this storage facility. It is immaculately kept and you have the peace of mind having superior security. The owners are always on the premises. They are so kind and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. I can not recommend this facility enough.

Ebenezer storage by far is the gold standard of storage facilities. Along with convenient, self accessibility, the security is first rate, heads above the rest. Cleanliness and maintenance are imperative in the storage industry, and Ebenezer is unmatched. We all know, communication is key with any business, and I've received nothing less than immediate responses when needed. In addition, I'm a local Realtor, I recommend Ebenezer Storage over and over. I was set up for automatic bank withdrawal for the payment but my bank declined payment for some reason. I went over to the storage facility everyday to pay but no one was there for a few days. They were finally there and I paid them but was charged a $20.00 late fee even though they knew I was going to pay them.

Clean, secured. I haven’t been a customer for long but anytime I call, I reach the owner herself & she has been phenomenal thus far. I arrived late first night & she was very courteous. I have no issues feeling safe when here night or day. Unit is clean and plenty of space. You get what you pay for. security cameras do work, they’re not just for looks and the location is close & convenient to where I needed it to be. It is well lit at night and not far at all from trash dump which is a bonus.

Great facility! Clean, well maintained and well-run storage facility. Never any doubt about security day or night. Monica does an efficient job with billing so signing up and payments are simple and seamless. We have enjoyed corresponding with our gracious hosts as we come and go to store our belongings. A great value in an excellent mini-warehouse near our home!

She takes care of her customers like no other without a doubt! Ebenezer Secured Storage LLC is also one of the most well kept facilities I have rented a storage building from too! The security system in place at Ebenezer Secured Storage LLC is the best, and customers do not have to worry about their items or belongings when stored! I will never go anywhere else! I know from my own experiences in the past with several different storage businesses that Ebenezer Secured Storage LLC is the very best one, and you will not go wrong renting there!
