I have been going to Vivid for the past 6 years. Tint has been outstanding with no issues at all. Price is worth the tint. Ty has been particular in ensuring that tinting is correct to his standards and holds them high no matter what. Thank you for outstanding service.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in excellent hands at Vivid Finish And Films Ceramic Pro Columbia. The waiting area was impeccably clean and inviting. More importantly, Tye was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
I dropped off my Corvette C8 for the Bronze level Ceramic Coating and 35% Window Tinting. His expertise shone through as he patiently answered all my questions.
A few days later, I received a call that my car was ready. Driving up to the shop’s parking area, I was amazed by how spotlessly clean, glossy the paint looked and the tint on the window was perfect! Their expertise, professionalism, and attentiveness to detail blew me away. They've earned a customer for life from me. If you need any services done right the first time, put Vivid Finish and Film at the top of your list!

I can’t say enough good things about Vivid Finish and Films. It seems like an increasingly large number of businesses have forgotten what integrity, honesty, and customer service actually means, but not Vivid. Tye and Greg (and their team) go above and beyond in every aspect. I have now taken multiple vehicles to them for PPF, Ceramic coating, and window tint. Their attention to detail, and overall quality of their work is hands down the best I have ever seen. I wouldn’t trust leaving my vehicles with ANY other company, and neither should you!Thanks again guys!

Greg, Tye, and his team at Vivd Finish and Film are great! I got my passenger and driver windows tinted, a small dent repaired, and a two-year ceramic coat on my truck. You would never be able to notice the dent was there, and the tint they installed works and looks great. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, my ceramic coating began losing its protective ability three months after being installed on my truck. I hesitated initially but decided to stop by the shop to see if they would uphold their warranty. I was warmly greeted and told them my concerns; they were extremely professional, and upon inspecting the ceramic coat on my truck, they agreed that it was defective and agreed to put a new coat on free of charge. They squeezed me into their busy schedule and returned my truck with a new ceramic coat the day I dropped it off. Overall, it was a fantastic experience at Vivid Finish and Film, and I will definitely be back once I get a new vehicle.

I bought a used SUV from a dealer. Unfortunately the previous owner had let hard water spots etch into the paint and glass. After being let down by another car service with promises of the water spots being removed (it didn't work), I came across Vivid.Tye was thorough in his explanation of how the hard water spot removal, and was honest about the fact that it might not be possible to get all the water spots 100% gone. We chose to have them attempt the water spot removal, as well as tint the SUV. The SUV came out looking wonderful, with almost all the water spots gone. He took the time when we came to pick up the SUV to show us how water spots had etched into the paint as well, and gave us his suggestion of ceramic coating with paint correction.The water spot job and tint job was so well done that we decided to do the ceramic coating as well, and I'm very glad I did! The car's paint looks impeccable, and again, the explanation provided for ceramic coating options and care was thorough. Also, Tye, Greg, and everyone at the shop (I apologize for forgetting names!) was courteous and a pleasure to speak with. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is a “PDR” body shop (Paintless Dent Repair). It was mentioned to me by a technician at a traditional body repair shop when I was shocked by their $4400 repair estimate for what I considered to be minor damage to my Escalade. I was very pleasantly surprised that Vivid’s quote came back a just $1300 here. I fully intend to use this shop as a first quote location for any minor body work in the future!
