“I picked the truck up for you place that had 0 penske signage. Abhi was very friendly and helpful. While driving the truck home I felt a definite pulsing on the brakes. I checked the front tires and one of them was very cupped. I called and Nick sent someone out to replace the tire, right in my driveway! Awesome. Didn't have to take it anywhere and I could keep loading. Drove 900 miles to Columbia SC with 0 issues. When removing tried to return the truck I used the Penske app and hit map on the return location. DON'T DO IT. The app directs you to a residential neighborhood. West Columbia SC location is way wrong. I called the location and was guided to the lot by the nicest most helpful person I've dealt with in YEARS... Kevis is a lifesaver. He stayed on line and talked me to the lot...Penske, if you see this, give Kevis a raise. He's awesome.
I will rent again from penske....mostly because of Kevis.”

General Manager Matthew Kirkland did a phenomenal job on a day where other locations (and U-Haul corporate) were dropping the ball. I wouldn't have gotten my move done without him. The facility is clean and air conditioned, the vehicle was there as promised and in great shape, and the process to check it out and check it back in went very smoothly.
