Reeley’s is the best body shop I’ve ever dealt with. Super friendly staff, and the work they do is pure quality. I’m forever grateful to Draden, and the staff there for all they have done for me. I definitely recommend them!

Troy is painfully lazy. He had no sense of urgency whatsoever. Terrible communication. Dismissive. It took him over a month to even look at my car. Then when he did he wouldn't keep the car while doing the estimate PER INSURANCE POLICY. This was a problem because my car was not safe to drive. Troy's response - "well as long as you can get in it and turn it on..." *shrug* my insurance company had no idea he did this. I was told he does things "his own way". He certainly does. I honestly think this place gets so much business from insurance companies that they operate on a take it or leave it policy and they unfortunately lack the.ethics to not be complacent. Do not go here. Troy handled it so poorly and behaved in a way that gave me so little trust in his ability to get anything done that I immediately started looking for another body shop to go through my insurance with. Unfortunately, my car was a total loss. Fortunately, I did not have to find out what kind of repairs a human sloth would provide. Unbelievable.

Reeley’s did a great job on my daughters car. Service was fantastic as was communication. Work was well done. When approvals were needed from the insurance company, they handled it with no hassle. I highly recommend them. We worked with Drayton who was just awesome.

So. My daughter's car was involved in a hit and run. We had over 5K worth of damage. I am from NH and needed to find someone to fix her car. We took it to Reeley's. I have to say they kept me and my daughter updated every step of the way, even when they found additional damage. The car was done in a week and 1/2 ( we did wait 4 months for appt) and they were the most professional group ever! Being 700 miles away and having a daughter under 25 (rental purposes) they were just amazing. I hope this never happens to anyones car, but if it does Reeley's is the way to go! They ordered most parts ahead of time and had everything ready (except extra damage) and were just amazing. The car came back detailed and they were fantastic. Being an out of state parent with an under 25 child is tough so I want my ticket punched for Reeley's!!! Thanks for everything!!!!

Insurance cut them a check for more than the job they did and then the day to pick up car had to pay additional 500 without any notice . Overcharge too high and not good customer service. Don't go here also kept car for over 8 weeks for no reason!!!Now got the car it was running great before I gave it you now it's not working good. Low pressure tires now dashboard lights not working anymore ridin roughly now. No acknowledge about the 500 deductible until the day to pick up car NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. ANOTHER MECHANIC FOUND THE PART IN A DAY NOT 8 WEEKS AND THEN OVERCHARGED A BLACK WOMANService: Body & Trim

I used Reeley's twice on the same vehicle to fix a simple back bumper problem. The first time was perfect. They had my car for one week and the bumper was good as new. The second time happened years later to the same car in 2014. It took them a whole month to do the same repair plus a little more on the back trunk because a girl backed into me and the damage was a little more substantial. I called to make a reservation or at least to let them know I was coming. The girl who answered the phone told me they took walk-ins only and did not make reservations. Well, as soon as I got there some guy asked me if I had a reservation. I should have taken this as a sign, but left my vehicle anyway. After a month it was finally done the day before Thanksgiving. I went to pick it up and they had to replace the emblems on the back trunk. Well, they put them on backwards. There was no way I was going to complain about that and have them keep my car another week or two trying to fix that! A year later, I noticed the bumper starting to crack in the center. I believe they might have just made some kind of repairs to the old bumper instead of replacing it with a new one to save money but charging insurance the same jacked up prices for a new one. They also never provided me any paper work to detail what was done to my car. This was all done on an insurance claim by the girl who bumped into me so I am guessing this is why I received no paperwork. However, looking back, it appears they might have been trying to just keep me in the dark for their own best interests.

Quality Repair with Friendly Service (side note: very confused by the negative reviews...) Ran into a deer and broke my front fender and headlight. While it was difficult to get on their books, once I actually got an appointment the people at Reeley's were so friendly and kind. It was an easy drop off and pick up process. The repair looks amazing and they even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car as well. I feel I got above and beyond service here and would recommend them to friends and family.Service: Body & Trim
