Been going by for almost 3 weeks now interested in this trailer and this is always how it looks. You'd think a place that sold trailers would not be selling one that looks like this or at least fix it.

I bought a roll up tonneau cover from them. It was shipped fast and they accommodated to my schedule to get it installed. Installation was quick, and they took very good care of my vehicle. The cover looks GREAT and their work matched it. I'm very happy with my service and product. They are also military friendly. Always a plus.

Bought a dump trailer 7x14 roughly in 2021 brand new with a 3 year full structural warranty. Within the first 8 months or so the frame bent 2" while dumping the recommended load capacity. Put a warranty in with the 1st manager that i delt with In store. He actually never submitted the warranty. Then new management came in. I then asked about the warranty claim. They didn't even have the claim on file. Therefore it was never submitted. So the new management submitted the claim. It's been well over 8months and I haven't herd a peep . New management is great but the head warranty department won't even contact me. I would steer clear of these 7x14 dump trailers as they won't stand behind the warranty. Highly suggest not buying one. I own a hardscaping/ landscaping business and they lost my business forever.

Technician Ron installed fog lamps on my truck. He included me in the process of where the lamps would best displays the lights. He was very professional in his communication, and I am absolutely pleased with the lamps. Definitely Technician Ron & Leonard get 5 Stars from me!JFoster

I purchased a Bak flip Truck Cover from Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories in West Columbia SC and I was very happy with their professionalism and advice on what type of cover I needed. I wanted also add that Ron went above and beyond with installing my cover. He took time to go over everything that he installed and answered all of my questions. Thank you Ron and I highly recommend this business.

Initially impressed but after purchased product was bought from one location and found to be defective tried to return at another location closer to home. When attempting return store manager told us he could not return an item purchased from another store. I have never heard of this ever occurring from a chain. This resulted in a two hour drive and the cost of gas. But somehow he was willing and able to take our item and upgrade it for us…for additional money of course.

I had an appointment with a Leonard employee to come perform a site survey for a shed build. No one showed up. Leonard did not call prior or after the missed appointment. I called later in the day and an employee apologized and rescheduled for several hours later. Leonard failed to show up for this rescheduled appointment as well. There was zero notification from them about this missed appointment either. This was extremely frustrating because we had to allocate about 3/4 of a day to sitting there waiting for something that never occurred. I recommend a sense of caution when relying on this Leonard location to meet it’s commitments. Two other shed companies in the area were very responsive and one of them has earned our business (not Leonard!).

Awesome customer service! Bought a truck bed cover and they overnighted and installed it the next day. Reed and store staff was very polite and kind.
