Made an appointment to get my passenger door window fixed. Keeps coming out of the track when putting window down. Excellent communication when scheduling an appointment. Dropped it off at 9am, window was fixed at 9:45 Am. Great people with excellent experience and workmanship! Ten star rating for me!

I love this place. It was recommended to me by a close friend who said that the people there are amazing, and even with an already high endorsement they still managed to exceed my expectations. 3/4 of my car doors have broken (It’s not me I swear…I think) and they rigged up some zip ties on the latches that I can use to open my doors in the meantime. I didn’t even have to ask! Not to mention that everyone who works there is super kind. Great service and even greater people

Place used to do good work and had great customer service. Their work now is sub par. Customer service is trash. There are several shops such as Gerber Collision, Kolors by Keisler and Broad River paint and body that has evaluated their work and gave me some insight on how a lack of prep work was done and poor quality materials were used. Recieved a limited lifetime warranty from all 3 shops against any and all defects, chips, cracking, fading, orange peel or overall dissatisfaction with quality of work from all 3 shops. Wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to this sub par establishment.Service: Painting
