Chris did a great job for me & communicated well. The entire staff was friendly & courteous. Stayed an hour past closing on a Saturday & didn’t hear one complaint from any employee.

Called the number provided for my issue, and they were no help at all. I went to Discount tire in Lexington. They are nice helpful and confirmed wrong tire was plugged. This place has people who know and look knowledgeable of what they are doing. Also, place is cleaner.

I had come in before I had to come into work and they had no availability so they scheduled me right after I finished with work, which worked out great!! Came in a little ealier then my appointment and they took my car right away!! I've been coming to Mavis since 2021 when I got my first car and had my first oil change and some issues I had on my car with my tires needing replaced that they worked really hard to help me resolve without breaking the bank. That's something I'll never forget they helped me with, and is why I continue to come each and evertime I have an issue. Excellent customer service , everyone is so friendly, and place is always super clean! Will always continue to come for their services and contine to recommed them to anyone! Thank you guys again!!

Russell took great care of us at last minute notice of a leak in my wife’s tire. The team was helpful, quick, and cost efficient with a repair! Second time visiting for similar issues and they’ve taken care of me both times! Fully recommend for anyone needing an oil change, new tires, or other maintenance on their vehicle.

These guys were great! They were kind and professional through all the interactions we had. They were also kind enough to help me out with replacing my lug nuts on the house! My vehicle was a completely different ride, in a good way, from when I had dropped it off. They did great work and in a timely manner! Again these guys are awesome! Thanks again Mavis!

I had a blow out and came in at close. Russell made sure to get everything handled. He gave reassurance to let me know you will be taken care of despite closing time. He even pointed out the fact it wasn’t just my tire but it was a hole in my rim. If he is not already a manager I definitely see it in his future very soon. Great leadership. Very professional and upfront with clients.

I was leaving work and found a nail in my tire. I drove to Mavis and got there shortly before they closed. The staff was extremely friendly and stayed late to get my tire taken care of. I will be using them again in the future!
