Half the shelves are empty and haven't been restocked in over a year. Half the time you come here it's closed. They might as well just close this location permanently. The new family dollar up the street has better prices, better inventory, better staff better parking. Don't waste your time here. It's clear they are not compensating their staff enough for them to even care.
The root of the problem is likely less the store and more their area or regional leadership.
This location makes me want to dump my DG stock holdings.

They consistently close early, even when they have employees standing in the lobby, checking people out. I came tonight at 9:50, 10 minutes before they closed, and they already had the door locked. There were two employees standing at the self check out who made eye contact with me and mouthed to me that they were closed even though it was 10 minutes before closing time and they were checking somebody out.

They don’t open on time and they close before time every day 8:15 in the morning, the store still close 930 evening the store is already closed

I stay out of town and two days in a row the store was locked up during normal business hours (before 5pm) with notes on the door. Unprofessional.

I was there this evening to get charcoal and a few other things. The two young ladies working were so kind helping me find what I needed and then helping me check out. I think both had been working all day but they were ever so kind and helpful.

The store was closed during normal business hours the last 2 times I went by this location. Other cars pulled in and were surprised to find it wasn't open. I've tried to call the number online and you can't reach anyone. Very frustrating!

Dollar general, do better. This place is always closing early. Sometimes 8 pm...sometime 7 pm...today it was 5 pm.Idk what the deal is but maybe if you paid better you would get more employees? Or they would be willing to work more hours?Our business pays really well and surprisingly, we are not only not short staffed, we have a waiting list of potential employees. And any time there are extra hrs, everyone begs.Do better by your people. Or close. Idk. Maybe the big wigs could work some hrs.
