Poorly staffed, poorly stocked, and has product months past expiration. Why not just close it down?

First, this dollar store is so bad it's known as the "half-dollar store" to people that go here cause they are only open half the time cause of staffing issues.
5/18. 3:15 in the afternoon. Line with 10 plus people and you here the cashier just talking but no one is talking back to her ?. Oh, so then you hear her, the cashier, say "this guy just hit unsatisfied" and laughs. Next person same thing and says she don't care.
Do not go here. I now drive almost 10 miles out of my way to go to a dollar store with real customer service.

Rude employees, one in a black shirt with no name tag being rude to customers, shoving them aside to push cart calling out an elderly lady for buying 2 packs of tp never seen employees so rude will be going to the DG down the road with a very nice team

I was told by a worker that the bathroom never works and they don't have one for themselves. Stock needed to be put up. I won't be going back there.
