“Both my husband and I would love to give David Bollock, the manager, 5+ stars. We have been in multiple times over the past few weeks due to phone issues. First, my husband, got me a new phone without me present to pick it out. He bought me the Mobile Edge. Do NOT get this phone it's HORRIBLE!! There's a reason it's free. Spare yourself the pain and pay for a phone. We had multiple issues with this piece of junk and David was so patient and knowledgeable to help us. Not only did he have to replace the lemon I received but had to fix all sorts of other weird issues. He patiently resolved them. A few weeks later, my husband's phone went out and David replaced his Samsung with a smile. Many props to David! Thank you, David Bullock!!”

“Robert at the Murrells Inlet store on the Bypass went above and beyond in helping me purchase and set up my IPHONE. Robert was kind and had the patience of a Saint as I was switching from Android to IPhone and I was clueless. He stayed hours after his shift ended and helped with the utmost professionalism, humor and exemplified the true meaning of customer service. Thank you Robert and I also would like to give a shout out to the other 2 team members that were in the store that afternoon into early evening as they too were most personable and professional salespeople. “Went in with my husband to buy a new phone and set a family plan with 3 lines. Gage, Bessey and Mariclara(I hope I spelled their names correctly) were amazing! They show a lot of professionalism and they were so helpful to us. The 3 of them made it so easy and definitely left an impact on us and if we need anything else from t-mobile this is the location we wanna come back to because of them.We were there Thursday, August 17th, 2023 around 2pm which seemed to be the right time since the mall was not super busy.”

“Prince sold me a really good computer today. I worked with him this morning and it was a disastrous circumstance. I had professional obligations to attend to in 24 hrs and was lucky enough to backup my original computer before it finally died. Nearly caught fire at my house a 10 yr old computer. I caught the very last day of a sale, which was sheer luck, but Prince ultimately directed me to an i9 processing speed laptop with 1 Terabyte of Storage geared towards professionals who handle heavy heavy programs like I do and do a little bit of gaming on the side. I don't think Best Buy does commission, but I hope Prince gets a raise. He didn't show me anything outside of my budget, and really showed me 'function over fashion.' On a personal note just my opinion, I noticed SOME flashy laptops were actually weaker than the one I was buying - and the difference was 1000 dollars. So this made me trust Prince even more because im not naiive to the terminology or lingo spoken about tech. He steered me towards the right choice, which was away from gimmicks or flashy items and go for strength and structure. Honestly I don't need to spend another thousand dollars on something flashy if I'm the only person who sees the laptop. Original price was 1400, on sale I got it 999 for a very powerful laptop.”

He knew exactly where everything was and answered all our questions. Super friendly and nice. It was almost closing time, and he still took his time with us. I have worked in customer service, so I know good customer service when I get it. Target needs to make sure they keep this employee employed and recognize him for the service he provides. He deserves a raise and a promotion to management. Target has a very dedicated employee in him. David, every time I read my Kindle, I will think of you. I know your future is going to be incredible.”

I plan on doing a lot more business with them in the future great service is hard to find”

“Kinda lame all these people are leaving bad reviews on a gas station regarding their Slurpee machines and hot dogs. Also for Mr. Jeff, If you like sheetz so much, drive the “103 miles” from this location to get there… we’re in Conway. I’m sorry they’re having technical issues with being a brand new station. Also why go to a gas station for hot dogs and slurpees? I know they say they have them, but buy a coke or maybe go to a fast food place for food. Don’t rely on the 1 or 2 people working to make fresh hotdogs 24/7. It’s a gas station. They have plenty of gas and plenty of beer + snacks.Slurpee machine has lids. Bathrooms are clean. Hot dogs look fresh. If you leave a 1 star review on a gas station, you have a 1 star life :)”

“Honestly shocked at some of these reviews. I was in there a few times in the past couple days and thought the wait was very reasonable for how many people kept coming in. Destiny was always ready to help make sure the check in process went smooth also. Everyone was super friendly, even with the impatient people that walked in there, which was alot! I wanted to upgrade my phone and the sales woman(will update when i get her name) did everything super quick and we were done in about 15 minutes. I transferred everything myself. Super easy process and great staff! Happy with my experience and my new phone!!”

“Although the Surfside Electronics store itself might not look impressive, I would definitely highly recommend this company. Mitchell demonstrated exceptional expertise in his field — was very knowledgeable, informative, and was able to also perform diagnostics to uncover problems in my previous radio with back up camera display. I then bought a JVC radio/monitor from him which he installed in my 2014 Toyota Camry. I was able to pick up the car the very next morning. It looks great, functions very well, and serves my needs to a T. Before I left he gave me a quick hands on demonstration of the unit which made the whole experience positive. The price was not a surprise either, since I had already been researching what to expect cost-wise.”
