I DO not recommend this shop to anyone! Al I needed was for them to look at the alternator and possibly replace it and they quoted $1848,00 to replace batteries and an alternator. First of all, they hired a third party tow truck company that did not try to jump start it, it has brand new batteries in it, it just doesn’t hold a charge for a long time. Second of all he lied and said he towed it from the back when he towed it from the front and drug the truck 10 feet while not being in neutral. Very unprofessional in regards to ignoring that and felt that they should have handled that situation. But they were more concerned on whether I had insurance on my vehicle which I did. Front desk staff yelled at my son, the owner of the shop was very condescending to me over the phone, knowing I don’t have another vehicle to make it there. But he demanded I pay by cash only and never gave me an invoice. I asked him to email it, he never did. I’ve never had to write a bad review in my life, but this one cannot be ignored. And they have me my key back without the backing and said they didn’t know where it was and it was taped!

Turners garage is absolutely amazing, they helped me and my friend get back on the road for our road trip. Faith did an amazing job of communicating EVERYTHING that was going on and we’ve truly never met someone so kind in our life. They treated us like we were family, if you’re in sc you should be going to turners garage for all of your car troubles

this place is amazing with amazing workers. They helped my granddaughter that was traveling on the road far away from us at home. They helped her get her car fixed as it was still under her warranty, they worked with the place she bought it to get it paid for,got the parts needed asap fixed her up and got her on her way to her destination as she was traveling for work and needed to be on time to Delaware. They went above and beyond to help her. This is a great place to take your vehicle od needing repairs done .They care they are great mechanics and most of all honesty great people i am so thankful for these angels on the earth. 10 stars for me.

The mechanics and support staff at Turners Garage are fantastic! We were having acceleration issues with our Mercedes and called for an appointment. Not only did they get my car in quickly, they diagnosed the problem and had my car fixed within a week! Their price was extremely fair! I first tried calling the Columbia Mercedes dealership and they couldn’t even see my for 3wks and it would have taken another week just to diagnose! Thank goodness for the local family owned Turners Garage!
We had such a great experience with Turners, we brought our 2013 Range Rover in for a tiny coolant leak… they ID’d and fixed the problem weeks before the dealership could even see the car…
Love this place, we will be back for routine service in the future!! Thank you!!!!

On my way to Raleigh late on a Friday afternoon, Mr. Turner himself diagnosed my problem (disconnected ground cable) and fixed it for me. A true gentleman, and this traveler in need will always be grateful.

Tuner's Garage saved the day and our trip! We were in town on business and had a issue with our vehicle. They were able to accommodate us and get us back on the road in no time! I have never felt so welcome at a repair shop. Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and thoroughly explain the repair that needed to be done. Their courtesy van brought us to our hotel so we could grab a few things. I would have no reservation recommending Turner's Garage to anyone. As we were leaving one of the ladys ran up and gave us some Turner's multi tools. It's no wonder they have been around for so long. Southern charm at it's finest!! Thanks again y'all!
