Nothing but great things to say about this towing service! We were driving down from New Brunswick Canada and heading to Florida. Broke down 25minutes from Sumter and had the towing company to us in under an hour at 7am on a Monday morning. Jordan was amazing to work with and very resourceful. God forbid we need another towing service but if we did they would be the first place I would call in the area! Very reasonable prices and top knotch customer service!

I got a flat tire out of nowhere and my roadside assistance was trying to find a tow for me. I got blessed with this company. Not only did they show up well before the roadside assistance ETA but the person who helped me was very kind and let me know about all the places in the area that might be able to help me get back on the road same day. Hopefully I don’t get another flat but if I do, I would hope that I’m close enough to be helped by this company again.

Had a really bad morning with a flat tire, then my stupid car jack broke while trying to change my spare. Had to call roadside assistance. The ETA was around 45 mins but Sumter Wrecker service was on it and got to me in about 15 mins and got me on the road in about 5. I don't remember the employees name but he was awesome, fast, and professional. Big shout out to ya'll!!!

Thank you does not even begin to cover this. However, the driver was extremely professional and friendly. Didn't expect to breakdown on the side of the road during the holiday season but the driver (Eric) and this company have made a bad situation manageable.

I originally contacted a company called Ace's 24 hour truck repair. They were suppose to come and pick up our box truck and never showed. I attempted to call several times and he stopped answering calls, so I decided to call Sumter Wrecker Services. They were there in a matter of minutes to pick up our box truck. I was very pleased with there professionalism. I now know who to call if I am ever in need of these services again. Thank you Sumter Wrecker Services for being a rare gem in the world today, by providing great customer service.

The alternator went out in my wife’s van leaving her stranded. John showed up promptly around 8:40pm (the eta given to me was between 8:45pm and 9:30pm so I was expecting it to be 9:30). He was super professional and got our van towed uptown in a timely manner. Thank you John!

Highly recommend these guys. They were professional, got to me fairly quickly (before the estimated time), and were very cordial. That helps when you're frustrated after your car has breaken down and you've been stuck for a while. Great experience.
