Cashier was very not interested in helping me. The cashier was more interested in some girl outside. I went to my car and noticed the alarm was still on the package. I had to wait in line to get help. Not a good experience after spending $450

My wife and I are both teachers and have used this store several times for our classroom needs. Teachers can save money using the company app. Ginger was very helpful in helping us find everything we needed.

I called down there with a technical question concerning the scanning of some photos from a book and then put them onto a thumb drive. The young man put me on hold I could hear him talking to somebody in the background asking him the same question that I had just asked and then there was deafening silence. I stayed on hold for 10 minutes before I got smart enough to hang up. That's just rude.

the worst customer service experience we have ever experienced. we ordered a printer on July 7 from the Sumter store today is the 19 and still not here the delivery services says they forgot. the store manager said she could not help. never is a long time but staples is off our shopping list!!

Printing team did not provide me with a proof of the funeral programs that I ordered. They came out with an uneven white border. The manager (I forget her name) called me about it and tried to make it sound like it was my fault because the document was not “print ready”. This was an easy fix. I don’t understand if you say that’s the reason it came out wrong then why offer to fix it? Why wasn’t it just fixed the first time? The program was fine except for the fact that someone there didn’t make sure something was centered correctly. So maybe the people at the distribution center could have done a better job, but this was not an issue that needed to be corrected there. After telling her that’s they were programs for a funeral she didn’t even show any compassion to tell me she was sorry for my loss.

As far as Staples stores go this one was probably the worst I've ever visited. They're mediocre to begin with and the experience really depends on the mood of the employees you deal with during any particular visit. This is definitely the dirtiest Staples I've ever been in. The cashier was nice, though, so there's that.
