I would give 0 stars if I could! I scheduled an online appointment for a haircut. I showed up at 10:00 am, as scheduled. The place was closed. I waited for an hour, and no one ever showed up, so I left. I tried calling back later that day, and no one ever answered. I never heard anything from them. This is not the way to conduct business!!!

I was not satisfied at all with the color, the cut and quoted a $85.00 but charged me $130, I never should've went there, 1st and last unless i go in to getrefund! Didn't get what I ask for instead she recommended something totally different. I wanted a golden/lighter brown color, my hair is reddis color, because of her schedule, when I called they said no appointments necessary. I wish I could get a refund I am so so disappointed.

Went the salon to have grey streaks added to my natural hair...OMG, the stylist bleached my hair blonde and then attempted to correct the error and said she couldn't do the job correctly and told me come back on Monday when her manager was available to get it done possibly. And charged me full price as if the job was done correctly.

Wait time Evan with an appointment. Wasted my time waiting an hour extra from my appointment time I schedule.Not enough staff for the amount of clients. My time is scheduled through out my day. This definitely through my schedule off. Will find another place next time.

This was my first day at the smart style salon and I have to say it was a great visit. Ms. Shakira did a wonderful job on my hair she toke her time she asked me questions about my hair and she cared enough to ask me what I needed done Extra. Ms. Shakira made the the day relaxing with some light entertainment, the salon is very clean and I notice that the manager she continually kept the shop clean during the rotation of customers and that keeps a good look for the shop but also helpful for no Slips and falls Safety's always 1st. I really enjoyed the vibe at Smart Style I will definitely be returning customer and will recommend to family and friendsThank you again Ms. Shakira & Management.Service: Dreadlocks

This post is for my mom. 72 year old. She went in for a perm and received burnt scalp instead. She was placed twice under the dryer. She has such thin hair and the heat was too much for her. She requested rolls in curlers and the lady wanted to flat iron her hair. Why would you flat iron and it was a perm job. Jut ridiculous. And charged her 94!!

Call day before about a stylist for today. Got there no one was there. When someone showed up I was informed there was no stylist working!
