The routine service was welcomed at my car door, efficient, courteous, thorough, and quick. A transport to my home and back was offered at my car door with courtesy. It was not need as my wait was predicated to be 1 hour, and was actually less than that.

Went online before going in person found a car we wanted and talked with the manager first then he had Josh help us and can't say enough good things for how everyone treated us. Upfront and honest with us and we ended getting the car we went there for. Also for the 2 gentlemen who detailed the car even if it was supposed to rain it looked absolutely amazing ? highly recommend going to Scott Will Toyota if your in the market for a new/used vehicle ?
Edited review: bought a used car from this dealership 3 weeks ago. Husband is primary driver of this car and noticed brakes started squeaking. Texted Josh and he handled it great can't say enough good about him. We texted him 08/28 and we were able to drop it off this morning 08/29. We got there and I had followed in our other vehicle. I figured quick in and out but it took about 2 hours for them to check us in. At the one hour mark we decided to go in due to the heat outside. Fast forward about 5 hours after leaving the car after check in we get a call. They say it's going to be $2700 for brakes, rotors, calipers and brake lines. We left them my husband's phone number but they decided to call my phone... when I walked into the room the mood changed, I noticed VERY QUICKLY that they didn't think I knew about vehicles..... I've worked in a dealership before so believe me I KNOW the crap they try to pull. They bring the Service Manager in and even the Sales Manager and they both simply say "we don't have to help you but to do right we will split the costs......." that comes out to $1400 AND WE BOUGHT THE CAR 3 WEEKS AGO...... and said due to it traveling between Florida and South Carolina "salt from the ocean made it rust this bad..."
I will graciously put one star for Josh and how he treated us and has helped but beware they try to do this to woman ..... we refused the work of course because that is just insane when we can replace everything ourselves for in the ball park of $500.

I was very unhappy with my experience at Scott Will Toyota. We traveled 80 miles to buy this tacoma and when we got there it was so dirty we weren't able to see 3 chips and a dent in the paint on the tailgate until we went the following night to pick it up. We spent $33,000.00 and the person who daitailed the vehicle did nothing to make it right for delivery, when I discovered it the salesman said was all they could do was sell me touch up paint . They would not do it for me. The atmosphere in this dealership was almost hostile, and I would really recommend others to shop elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Scott Will Toyota provides a free shuttle for service customers. The staff texted me and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Keith, Donnie, and Kayla were all helpful.

Scheduled appt two weeks prior as it was first available. Was first appt of day for tire rotation and it took 2 hours. Seems a bit excessive. If it truly takes that long they may need different workers. And had another issue to have checked but no certified workers there to do so.

9:15AM appointment for an oil change on 8/24/24. Oil change completed at 11:45AM. Unacceptable Scott Will Toyota!!!!
