No 1 used car dealership in Sumter. Bought two vehicles from here a few years ago and they’re both still running and driving good.Routine maintenance was the only thing I had to do with them. Hats off to entire staff!!

Poor customer service experience. I applied for financing online, then made consecutive calls for two days without a response. Finally, when I reached someone, they promised the financing manager would call within an hour, which didn't happen. After calling again two days later, I was informed they couldn't sell the vehicle. When questioning why I wasn't informed earlier, I was given a dubious excuse. The consistent bad reviews seem accurate, despite the owner's attempts to salvage their reputation through responses. Google reviews don't deceive. It's best to avoid this establishment.

Just purchased a Altima today at a absolutely great price and low mileage. It Rides so sweet with no issues at all. The nice young men I dealt with were absolutely fantastic and they walked me thru the whole process which wasn't difficult at all. I do recommend Ron's because he is upfront and professional him and his partner. I'm very satisfied indeed. Thanks Ron's!

Scammer DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE THEY SELL JUNKERS. $11,000 for a complete lie. All info was incorrect and they assume no responsibility at all. Odometer was rolled back and all. This place is complete trash!!!!! I CAN AND WILL PROVIDE THE CAR FAX AS PROOF ANYTIME ANYWHERE

Me and my wife came into Ron’s right while they were walking out of the door I was a 2004 ford expedition for $1600 they were very straightforward with me . As you all know or ask you all should know you’re not gonna get a perfect vehicle for $1600 but nevertheless this vehicle was as close to perfect as it could possibly be for the price . The gentleman that we spoke with was there with his nephew, they were both so professional and just great people in general since purchasing the truck I have had no problems whatsoever with it. The only thing I had to replace was a radiator but again I paid $1600 for the truck. How could I complain ! If you’re looking for a great used car I recommend ron 100% !

Horrible customer service and the cars may last a year or so. ??? I purchased 2 vehicles from here (Expedition & F150) and they both ended up being garbage. My son purchased a mustang from here...garbage as well. Please don't waste your money here folks!! A friend was interested in a car they have so i went by to take a look at it for her last week. The car was greatly overpriced and when i informed him that i wasn't the one making the purchase, he lost interested in helping me. Terrible customer service!! Once you drive the garbage off the lot, it's yours and they will do absolutely nothing to help you once they can get it off the lot. If you really need a car, there are other more reliable places to purchase like Partin's auto sales or Bundy's.

Brought a car for here for a great price the car was priced great for the issues it had. He never stated it was in topnotch shape he knew it had issues but he priced it accordingly. Would purchase from Ron’s again they had me in and out!

I would have give it zero star if I could have i contact the people on the car that was 1700 and he told me I can come in take a look at it on Saturday i spend 60 on get there just from him to text me back saying he sold it so I was like okay maybe he got more car o got there then is going to tell he close at 11am super piss
