I brought in a vehicle purchased from Carvana because it had an issue. They were great at explaining the process of the claim to me and giving me honest feedback. I felt like they care about the customers more than making some quick money. I will absolutely be back!

I have taken my two vehicles to Dustin and Ray and they have exceeded my expectations. Workmanship was excellent, prices are fair and they have done me right on both vehicles. Did an excellent job with my BMW. Didn't try to upsell or push any extra work on me. Installed my already purchased parts with no questions asked. Aligned it perfectly. They do military discounts, on top of being very competitively priced. 5/5 definitely earned a customer for the rest of my time being stationed here.

We were referenced to Precision tune from another auto business. They were called ahead of time to say we were coming. From the moment we pulled onto the location every team member, three of them, jumped right in to say they would take it from here. Everyone was kind and totally professional with us. Dustin was courteous and handled our service with the utmost professionalism. Very impressed with this business and will definitely return for the future

Dustin and Ray were absolutely amazing. They took us in and fixed us right up with no hesitation. I would drive the 2.5 hours from home to come back to this location. We were headed on vacation and they saved our whole trip. Absolutely love these guys

Okay so before I say anything, I would like to say I give this place 0 stars and highly advise you to stay away from this location!! I brought my car in to get an oil change (2005 infinity g35) because I felt like the oil was getting lower quicker then usual. So I had them inspect the car for a possible oil leak or what may be causing the car to leak, they recommended some service where they washed the entire engine with a power washer to check for leaks so they say. So after washing the engine down the guy comes to me and say “well nothings leaking, so we gonna do a ten minute test drive” he adds 2 quarts of oil just in case he says and does the test drive come back and tells me everything is good. So I’m thinking everything is fine now I leave the shop don’t make it 10 mins down the road before my engine just blows like literally pop! I call the shop they send the manager to my location. He looks at the car completely clueless as if he knows nothing about cars and say I gotta get it on a lift so it gotta be towed the tow fee $ 50 (which he lied about it was $69) so I say okay cool what ever I’ll pay it. Fast forward tow truck brings car back to the shop, they see engine is blown and car was perfect before hand even when they test drove it and gave me a paper showing they didn’t see any problems. My car came Into the shop with a minor problemAnd left on a tow truck to the junk yard. They took no responsibility, didn’t investigate anything. Just told me it was over 5grand to fix when they messed it up. So I did some research on this place they hire entry level workers. Anyone can get a job here literally (not saying it’s a bad thing everyone needs a job) but when you’re working on someone car, it should be trained professionals! And they don’t have that.So if you love your car please do not come here! Go to a car repair shop not this place!

They had the car for 72 days, bought three transmissions before one worked, every time we turned around it was another issue and charge. $5,000 in repairs for a used transmission in a 2010 Ford.And icing on the cake, while parked on their lot “someone” side swiped the car, causing gouging, scratches, torn off side view mirror, and other body damage from rear quarter panel to front bumper. The rear door handle doesn’t even work anymore. They said it was a tow truck but their cameras for some reason weren’t working on that area of their lot. The cameras have now been fixed. Very little customer service from the regional manager, no money towards the extensive body repair and spotty communication, AVOID this place at all costs!

Very little customer service from the regional manager, no money towards the extensive body repair and spotty communication...seriously AVOID this place at all costs!

I took my pain of a car in about 3 months ago. I like to wait before leaving a review to see just how good my car repair was. It was excellent! My car runs better now than before honestly. The guys here are extremely hard working and even nicer people. My only complaint is that I felt the communication on their end could have been a little better but I understand when you’re working hard, you don’t always have the time to drop everything and pick up the phone. I am extremely thankful to these guys and recommend everyone to bring their car repair needs to the best in Sumter. Precision Tune!Services: Electrical repair
