Last time coming here. Not only did all their workers quit months ago but they rush through their services. When asked if they cut the cuticles the lady got so upset and started belittling my mother in law telling her she did and to watch her do it again. Then she just kept arguing with my mother in law. I finally had to say something because she was raising her voice and kept accusing my mother in law and telling her not to tip her then she doesn’t need a tip. I told the male manager to handle the situation and he just sat there watching his worker get angry at the customer. I finally had to raise my voice back because I don’t handle rude customer service. A simple question that turned into an unnecessary argument. Horrible customer service. That should be ashamed of their work ethics.

I would not recommend this nail salon. Nails lifted after a couple of days. I went for a filling and they started lifting. My nails looked bad before going and I needed them to be done, but I regret it. I was out of town so I couldn't let them redo them. Not sure if i want perfect nails to touch my hands again. The style was not how it was suppose to be. They was convenient at the time, but I would drive to my staple spot from now on. Will never go back.

Horrible place of business, when the owner cut your tips he bends them and you will wait so long for something that is far from perfect, they should change their name. Beautiful place but cater to caucasian woman much better than African American woman and when I mentioned that my nail was bent he told me it’s not going to be perfect, So why is the shop called perfect nails? My set alone for my hands was $80 so he should of at least fixed the nailServices: Manicures

Super busy place , get there early. They open at 10 on Saturday and a line will be out front before then. Fast service!

After a very bad experience at my previous nail salon I went here to give it a try! Loved it very professional and organized TK I believe is who did my dip powder I was very impressed with my results I will definitely be going here for now on for all my mani and pedis!! Also very clean place and very nice people!

Was perviously going to a different nail salon and had a terrible experience. I decided to try out perfect nails and was highly satisfied. Lyn did my nails and was very nice. I am highly impressed with the whole experience and will be back!

I love going to Perfect Nails because they are clean and make you feel right at home. The technicians are friendly and always come up with creative ideas for our nails. It doesn't matter how long I have to wait. As long as I have time, I sit right there and the owner makes sure to get you in and out in no time. I won't ever go to another nail shop!

When in and got a pedicure and manicure pedicure turn out good but the manicure I had to go get another fill in a week later and was charged $95 I never been charged that much for a basic manicure and pedicure gel polish I will never go back.

Nice place but we waited AT LEAST 30-45 minutes before we were asked what we needed , then another 30 minutes to be seated &. once we were seated we sat there for AT LEAST another 45 minutes doing nothing at all before we finally just got up and left.
