Went by there today to check on some light bulbs for my truck and the employee Luis was a great help. He didn't mind assisting me with the 20 questions I had and look at things up for me and also helping me find everything I needed even though I didn't purchase anything because their prices are a little high I would have to say their customer service was great in on point.

Most of the time when I go here, it’s a pleasant experience. The reason people would go to the store versus some of the others would be the customer service. You guys got a watch out for poor attitudes of some of the employees and bad customer service because that’s why we’re coming to O’Reilly‘s auto parts is for the service and being treated well.
