I love the vehicle but the customer service I was promised has yet to be delivered. I purchased a used car that wasn’t properly cleaned, have taken it up there twice to be detailed and both times left with a dirty car.

We recently took the long drive to Jones Chevy because I had a water leak in my 2013 Chevy Silverado, and they had Water Doctor there every other week. We were greeted with a smile from Ryan O' Rourke, the service advisor, who also checked my truck in for an issue with squeaky brakes and the service park assist light. He constantly kept me informed of the status of the vehicle, while it was serviced by Greg Pittman. Greg was able to take care of the brake squeak, and the service park assist light, taking the time to explain to me why these things occurred. Ed Cromer from Water Doctor was able to fix my leak, which others could not previously. It was a long ride well spent, and I will highly consider making the trek to have my major service done here. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and got the Job done. It was a great first experience, keep up the good work!

Terrible place to even think about buying a car. Finance manager is way off base and only has one option -sends all customers to the local Credit Union! Seems he has the small town mentality and doesn't do his homework. USAA has much lower used car rates and has a car buying service. The finance manager was infuriated when I told a friend the interest rate they were offering was way off base for someone with a 700+ credit score! I will never go back nor think about going to this dealership - nor should you! Jim Hudson Cadillac in Lexington is worth the drive every time and a far better car buying experience!
