Reggie, the manager, was great with customer service. My oil plug was stripped by another garage who previously changed my oil. Reggie fixed the issue and am grateful. Will go back to this store again!

I went to the Valvonline on Alice drive for an oil change Thursday April 6. They changed my oil but when I got home all of the oil poured out onto my driveway. I called and spoke with the manager Reggie he came out and fixed the oil problem in my Jeep but left a mess in my driveway. I have asked Reggie to come back and clean it, Reggie the manager promised me that he would come out to clean my drive way April 13 but he never showed up. I do not recommend this place

I had great service with Valvoline until I took my car to get an oil changed. When I went back for a second oil change I couldn't get it because they stated that whoever changed my oil last had put a bigger plug and seal on the car and if he had changed it he couldn't put it back on because it was stripped.Well Valvoline was the last person who changed my oil.They ask me to bring the car back so Manger could look he look at it and he come to the conclusion that he would give me free oil and oil filter so if that not taking full responsibility for the last oil change.I need someone to get in touch with me

Service was terrible. The workers here act like they're clueless. Too busy smoking vapes and talking among themselves to speed up this oil change process. Not to mention on FaceTime while I sit here with nothing being done to me car. Didn't even give me a sticker for when to bring my car back. Will definitely go to a different location in the future.

The best place to get a oil change!! I purchased my oil and oil filter from AutoZone and took it with me to Havoline Xpress Lube. They changed oil in my Jeep Grand Cherokee by filling my vehicle with the oil purchased from AutoZone. This saved me money and I was able to use the type of synthetic oil best for my vehicle. Customer service was exceptional and my oil change was fast through.

Never go back to that location again. Too many workers walking around and not much getting done. Very dissatisfied with the service.

This place is quick with its services, it has two bays. The pricing is competitive compared to other oil change places, they have recommended services based on manufacturers. Currently they are doing "stay in car" service.
