Edited review: Every time I go there it get progressively worse. After installing a TPMS sensor for me 2 months ago now the price has doubled to install them for no reason? They never have one in stock on a very common newer truck? Not to mention that they installed one on the wrong wheel a few months ago and it took them over an hour to install one wheel sensor......

My tire had a screw in it. Went in to get it patched. The rep neglected to raise the car in the air to find the screw. He wouldn't patch the tire and repeatedly attempted to sell me new tires. When I told him new tires weren't in the budget, he went on to tell me about their payment plan. I left to get it done elsewhere. I will not return.

The workers are very friendly and treat you with a lot of respect, but there's much to be said about the work itself. This isn't the first time this has happened to me there—I buy new tires, and they don't balance them. I have to go back and let them know that they haven't balanced the tires. When I arrive and mention what's going on, they tell me they'll be ready in 40 minutes (just for 2 tires). Then they call me back to say they'll be ready in an hour and a half (90 minutes).
First, as specialized tire mechanics, they should know very well that new tires need to be balanced. Second, it is unprofessional to lie to the customer and waste their time by saying it won't take long so that you don't leave, only to later tell you it will take much longer. People have many things to do, and they shouldn't be messing around with the customer in this way because it's not a favor, nor are they doing it for free.
When I approached one of the workers to request my car back, he inquired about the reason. After explaining the situation, he apologized and assured me they would prioritize my vehicle. True to his word, the work was completed within 10-15 minutes. I truly appreciate their professionalism and prompt service.

I've been a faithful customer for many years, but I must say that I am highly disappointed at the way I was denied service because I didn't want to purchase a new set of tires. I only needed a tire patched because I ran over something and had a slow leak. My tires were fairly new, still had a good amount of tread and in good shape. He goes on to tell me that it would take the same amount of time to patch my tire as it would to get a new set put on and if I didn't want new tires that I should just continue to put air in my tire that had a slow leak. I left and went to another tire shop and got my tire patched with no problem!

I had a wonderful experience with Discount Tires today. After calling around to several places about needing a new tire, they were by far the friendliest and most helpful. From the phone call to the check-out process everything was fast but informative. I appreciated being informed about the grade of my tires and other future problems that I should be on the lookout for. I went in for only one tire today but will certainly be coming back to replace the others with them! By far one of the best tire places and experiences I've had getting tires. They certainly came in clutch when they were needed!

Been here a few times and the tire service is excellent but guys y'all gotta do something about those bathrooms. We were here at 1030 in the morning, the trash cans were full, used toilet paper on the floor, and it smelled HORRENDOUS. Not "someone just went bad" but like someone hasn't taken out the trash in a loooong time. There was also no soap or paper towels. There was also no hand sanitizer in the dispenser outside the bathrooms. Again, tire service is excellent but I'm just disgusted at the state of the facility.

The only reason I went there because it was recommended from a friend I heard they did good work but unfortunately they have horrible and route staff to the point I just had to walk out

First time visiting this place and I must say they have wonderful customer service! They kept me updated with the status of my car while waiting. I booked my tires and appointment online which made things a lot smoother. We were in & out in no time!

Finally got to the counter at 8:28, received my car back at 10:55, few customers were getting 4 tires like me, came in after me and left before me. Worst service ever and everything is based off of app….. very disappointed today.

Came in from out of state to visit family and tire had a small viabration coming here so i figured i would get a Rotation and balance while here so I took in to local discout tire.
They were busy but that was fine because I was goin to drop off and go back to family's home and visit.
I got the texted that car was ready so I picked up keys but had to ask for my receipt to put in glove box to keep track of rotations.
Got back to families home and looked at back of wheels and notice I didn't see any new weights on wheels so maybe they were balanced enough but I noticed that the front tires were still worn down more that back and were not Rotated. So the next day we left and came back home and still had a tire out of balance.
So today I jacked up car to rotate myself and wheels were stuck to hub from rust.(from living in the north)
I had to kick tires to loosen so i could get them off. Then I cleaned rust off hubs and Rotated tires.
It sucks that you take vehicle to shop for something and they don't do their jobs as needed.
If they tried and couldn't get them off and told me ,then i don't have a problem but nothing was done to vehicle so I'm pissed. I can do all this stuff myself but when you pay thousands of dollars for something and get free rotations that's what I expect.
I have 3 vehicles that I have bought tires on them from discount tire for at least 7 times.
At home I watch and they clean hubs and torque everything like you expect.
This store in my eyes is not doing job correctly and or is lazy and don't think customers check but this time I did. Also I have given very good comments to à discount tire in St louis for going above and beyond so I do give compliments when needed.but not here this time.
Just stay and watch your vehicles if you get serviced at this store.
