I can't say enough about CrossFit Sumter and the positive impact that it has had on my whole family. It is not just a gym; it is a community that supports each other both in and outside the gym. Coach Gabbi is a phenomenal nutritional coach that provides an individualized plan, based on the needs and wants of the athlete. If you're new to town or passing through, make sure to stop-in and see what CrossFit Sumter has to offer!

I was in town for the weekend and had a great experience dropping into CrossFit Sumter.Coach Zack and the whole crew was extremely nice and very welcoming. The workout was tough!! It was a powerful start to the morning and weekend in Sumter.

Came for the fitness, stayed for the community! Started CrossFit about a year ago and have come a long way! The coaches are super helpful and accommodating to every person that comes through their doors! After trying multiple different workout classes and gyms, I found something that I schedule my day around and look forward to going to.

I started about a month ago and how fast I was brought into this community is amazing. Everyone who works there and the gym members have helped me transition into this CrossFit experience. Although they have a lot of different coaches this to me is an advantage. Hearing each coach explain the workouts and movements will give you multiple insights on how to improve.Definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re new to CrossFit or just need a gym.

The gym follows CF Mayham programming and my fitness has never been better. The place is quickly growing in popularity and the coaching staff is world class. Not a single arrogant person in the gym and is one of the most family friendly places I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend and a must try in Sumter, SC

I was in town for work and dropped in to CF Sumter 3 times. The Atmosphere was great, the coaches and members were very welcoming. They treated me like I had been coming there forever. Coach Zach was all over the email reply (which is hit or Miss in the cf community). The Coaches were knowledgeable and actually coached and corrected technique. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m back in town. Oh and Coach Zach’s kids are awesome, definitely put the icing on the cake with the welcoming crew!

Great experience! Zach, Renee, Gabby and the rest of the coaches have been very welcoming and I’ve really enjoyed my few months in the gym as a beginner level CrossFitter. The workouts are always scalable to any level and even safe/accommodating for injuries.

Just a small gym with a great fitness-minded community. Coach Zach/Renee and their team are fantastic at what they do to assist everyone of us on our fitness journey. Being a Mayham affiliated, I enjoy the programming as well: strength, skills, metcon, and mobility. There's a little something for everyone.

Awesome and welcoming gym! Highly recommend. I never did CrossFit. I would only lift weights and run. I wanted to change up my routine so I tried this gym. I couldn’t have makes a better choice. Everyone was welcoming on the first day. Zack (the owner and a coach) treats you like a lifelong friend the first time he meets you. All the coaches help you in your fitness journey—especially with all of the new movements. Great place for all people regardless of your fitness level or age! Come in and give it a shot. You’ll never regret it and be a member for life.

CrossFit Sumter is an amazing gym! Zach, the owner, and other coaches have all been amazing. On my first day at the gym everyone was very welcoming. The gym is great for all levels. CrossFit Sumter’s community is like a family to me!
