I got my truck pulled to Brian automotive an one it got there I call to see if they got it in an the lady was very nice at one point but it seem like when I call to check on my vehicle they got a nasty attitude an was like they will call me when my truck gets ready I will never let my truck go there again cuz they do rude an nasty

Great place to get a oil change and major mechanical work done to your vehicle. Engine, electrical and transmission issues are no problems for Brian.

They self - diagnosed my car and attempted to fix the problem but only came back with clicking noise. Rude and worst customer service and worst pricing ever! The mechanic was rude and had no remorse about his wrong doing

BEWARE! My mother paid $85 to have diagnostic testing performed on her vehicle. SHE NEVER AGREED TO HAVE THEM REPAIR HER VEHICLE, JUST PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. They quoted her a ridiculous price for the repairs. When she informed them that she did not wish to have the repairs done at that time, they told her she had 5 days to remove her vehicle from the property. When she went to retrieve her car, none of the parts they took apart for the diagnostic tests had been secured back in place, and wooden 2x4's had been used to hold the parts in place. They also jammed and broken the key inside the ignition. When she demanded that they put the parts back and repair the ignition, they refused. She had to have her car towed home in that condition. I have tried contacting Brian's on several occasions, but they have yet to return my call. These people have NO concern for their customers and are the RUDEST people you will ever encounter!! We will be taking them to court this week for the damages, as well as pain and suffering.Service: General repairs & maintenance
