As a previous customer the reviews are legit. I put down money and made advance payments towards a 08 vic. I had MECHANICAL ISSUES all from wear and tear Not due to my use. Purchase completed mid February and mid march they towed the vehicle to complete repairs and WOULD NOT RETURN IT! I have a set of 99 crown vic wheels and tires plus two amps and a set of 15 custom speaker box in the trunk. Today 04-18-2024 Tammy (the owner) says “the speakers are attached to the car and you can’t get them back “. These people are RACIST and DO NOT WANT THE BUSINESS OF ANYONE OF COLOR! I plan to get police escort to retrieve my items and if that fails SMALL CLAIMS will see me as a plaintiff for punitive damages and emotional distress ?????♀️

Poor customer service, very rude like another customer mentioned, and didn’t even want to help me with a part. Buyer beware and take your business elsewhere!

They need to have an option for zero stars. Horrible customer service. Lot is full of complete junk. I’m going to assume the only way they can afford to stay in business is by crushing the junk they have on their premises to pay the monthly bills. Owner is very rude, very surprised someone hasn’t layed him out cold yet, maybe they have, and that’s why he’s so terrible at his job. Anyway, no need to waste your time with these hillbilly’s.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Please NEVER give these people your businesses. I didn’t get her name, but the woman working was cold, rude and very unhelpful. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, and am proud to say I have taken my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else do the same.

I leased a 2010 crown Vic not even 5 days ago. It’s rides smooth. The only problem is a shortaged wire I think that won’t allow the car to crank sometimes. Other than that I love the car & I loved Mrs.Tammy. She was very nice and patient !
