The managers at this facility a very disrespectful, Hateful woman. They talk about their workers,The only one that was nice to me was the cashier, the one with short blonde hair.I will not enter this goodwill again, and I will be telling my family and friends not to spend any money in this store.

The Good Will in Knightsville, the female employee with short brown hair and glasses was very rude! I was about to go in the dressing room, and she storms over and said the dressing room was closed. She didn't explain why I couldn't use it, but apparently they were closing. Then when I checked out, she didn't say a word to me. Poor customer service! Lady treat people the way you want to be treated! I was there on April 18th at 6 p.m

This Goodwill has a surprisingly great selection despite its seemingly random location in the Knightsville area. I have had amazing luck here getting nice brands in good shape for decent prices. They also have a fairly frequently rotating selection of books, some even hardcover in like new condition. The staff is generally friendly, although one of the cashiers has a habit of rounding my total to the nearest dollar without asking.

Goodwill is a garbage corporation. I stopped supporting them and no longer donate there. They charge way top much for items they got for free. Also, employees get to cherry pick through everything before it even hits the floor.

This goodwill has way more stuff than the one I usually go to. I go to the one on 17A by Sangaree and I like that one, I always see the same stuff in there. This one has twice as much stock it seems.

The store had a different (in a good way) mix of trinkets I usually see. Like most, things feel dirty when you pick them up. I found a nice dry cleaned Tropical shirt ? for under $5. I might go back and grab some stuff I eyeballed earlier. Excellent parking here as well.

So many items are broken. No video games , game systems, computers , stereo equipment, even the books are dirty and outdated. Any good donations they get they sell on their online web sites. Or send high end clothes to another store. Plush toys are 1.99 even if it looks like it was dragged through mud. If you think your donations are helping your local community it is not happening. When the first store opened up it was called Good deals. Fast forward to today. To many stores to much overhead. Donate your items to local churches, or other places. And shop for Good deals elsewhere

All the clothes is too small. They rarely have clothes big enough in my size. Shirts and pants are hard to find for me and my husband.

I donate there all the time. I give more stuff to them than they know what to do with it. The only thing i get from there are stuffed animals for my dogs by the bag. Now they stopped doing that due to trying to make more money. Wont go back and will not donate. World is rotating door. If your a donation store and you stop doing just to make more money....you aint getting my stuff anymore. Get some and give some. I will have a yard sale next time and sell it myself then use the money to buy them else where. Lost my business.
