Buyer beware!!! I am not one to normally leave reviews.. But hopefully doing this will prevent someone from being scammed in the future..
We purchased a one box from Alex for a customer in our shop.. After going to Spartanburg to pick up the part from Alex and getting it back to our shop, the part was faulty.. Alex agreed to give us a replacement part because I needed to get my customer out of the shop.. We went down there a second time to deliver the faulty part, and get the second one.. After getting the second one back to our shop and inspecting it, it was cracked and filled with oil.. I sent Alex pictures and he agreed to refund us our money back once we brought the second faulty part back to him.. At this point, he has cost my customer 2 weeks, and us money due to all of this wasted time.. When we arrived with the second part, he refused to give us our money back stating he felt the first box we brought him, was not his.. Mind you he inspected the part when we brought it, never mentioned anything.. Had the box for 2 weeks, never mentioned anything.. Only mentioned that when it was time to refund our money.. Alex is a scam and not a man of his word.. Horrible way to do business and I advise anybody thinking to do business with him to consider how he handles business before doing so..

we have a vehicle from them. cats were bad to Starr. we used who their warranty said. 2 months later the light came back on for the same. It has been that way for 2 years and the shop refuses the warranty. now last week they repo the car last Wednesday while my wife was out of town for work leaving her stranded hours from home. we fell behind due to me being diagnosed with lupus and stomach cancer and all the new medical bills. the repo guy was nice and understanding he said the car would be with him for 10 days. nope us auto had the auction pick it that Friday. an auction. 2 hours further away when it could be taken to the same company 2 hours in Atlanta. we told them we could pay today. skip ahead to today we paid are half way to the location (the car is now 5 hours away from where we lived) and you can only pick up by appointment monday-wednesday. and don't even get me started on them trying to add their bs insurance constantly when we have always kept and had full coverage.

A coworker as mine bought a vehicle on December 6 and the battery is completely dead. She walked to work on Monday morning. We called them and they want cover it. she has had it 30 days. That is bad business. Don't go to them

Bought rebuilt title car from them a few months back. Claimed to have aligned car only to find out it was Way off. Replaced both front struts along with a CV axle and a tie rod end. A month later the AC compressor went out. Car clearly was thrown back together as cheap as possible ignoring potential safety issues. The price on the car was not bad but they could have been a little more upfront and honest IMO.
