We found Hub City Runners only 1 mile from our house. The owner is awesome, she takes the time to listen, scans your feet and puts you in the best shoe. They even put on running/walking events. If you’re looking to get the best shoes for walking, running or simply wearing I highly recommend you visit them.”

I explained what my goal was with the shoes I wanted to purchase and he got me measured, watched my walk, asked questions like if I had any areas that experience pain when I’m walking or what type of cushioning I prefer and then proceeded to give me four different options to test out based on the information given. “It was 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas and I couldn't find the t-shirts with the Clemson/Carolina score that also said the Tigers had won 7 years in a row on them. The usual store I find those in each year were sold out at all of their local locations, as was their website. I googled the exact words from the shirt and the first thing to come up was a store I think that was located in Clemson. I ordered 3 long sleeve shirts for my family, but unlike other orders I had placed this holiday season, I never got a tracking number sent to me (though they did take my money). I gave them a week and when I never received either the shirts or a tracking number, I emailed them. Seconds apart came two emails. One was a reply saying it had been sent, the other saying a shipping label had been made (but that didn't say sent yet). Three more days go by and then I get another email saying the shirts were sold out (but they told me they were shipped, that was a lie, as I had figured it was). They said they probably wouldn't be back in stock until after Christmas and asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. I wanted a refund. That's when I searched for the shirt again, and it was now one week from Christmas day, and Upstate Tailgate came up. Upstate Tailgate was great! I had written a note on my order saying these 3 long sleeved shirts were Christmas gifts and I would pay more for faster shipping. They not only responded, but upgraded my shipping at no extra cost, sent the tracking numbers, and kept in constant contact with me telling me how they were sending it and though it didn't actually go out until Monday (not their fault but mine for ordering on a Saturday night) I received it Tuesday night. Now THAT was fast delivery. Only Santa could be that fast. So, thank you Upstate Tailgate for the wonderful service, keeping in touch during the process, and getting these shirts sent out and to me in time for Christmas. Everyone loved them! Upstate Tailgate had no idea of the trouble I had had with two other places finding and getting these shirts prior to finding them. I wish Upstate Tailgate would open locations called Lower State Tailgate for us down here in Charleston to frequent. Hopefully next time Google will refer everyone to your store first, for everything Clemson and Carolina you could ever need or want, and for fast dependable service and employees that let you know exactly what is going on during the process of mailing everything out.
